As Senior Director of Creative Content at Getty Images and iStock, Paul leads a global team of award-winning art directors in London, New York, Tokyo and Hong Kong who conceptualize and execute shoots in collaboration with photographers and videographers across Europe, America and Asia. This team are also responsible for sourcing and recruiting new contributors across these regions to further enhance the quality and relevance of our imagery, video and illustration.
As part of his role Paul works with the Creative Leadership Team to set the creative content strategy for Getty Images and iStock, working with the Creative Research team who research and analyze trends in visual communication.
Prior to this role Paul worked as an art director for eight years and won numerous awards including those from the Art Directors Club of New York, Communication Arts and Photo District News (PDN).
Paul's background also includes creative product development, sales development, practice as a fine artist and several years on the road as a truck driver. He graduated from Oxford University in Psychology and Philosophy after completing an arts foundation course.

I’m looking forward to seeing how agencies have tackled the challenge to develop concise, creative storytelling which offers a unique perspective on the business.”
